我方提供服务清单

1. 行前对接：病历翻译整理、医院科室与专家就诊协调（不保证加号，遵从医院官方排期）

2. 就诊 / 入院当日：院内全程陪同；专车仅限就医往返使用，不含旅游出行

3. 住院期间：每日早晚探诊，医患三方沟通协助；手术当日全日陪同

4. 出院后：病案资料整理、保险材料协助对接（仅材料协助，不承诺保险理赔结果），提供本地文旅参考建议

硬性申请规则

1. 名额分批释放，每月上限 1-3人，按申请顺序审核；不接受加急。

2. 申请人签署服务知情协议：

1. 本计划仅提供非医疗管家协助服务，不提供任何医疗诊断、诊疗建议，医疗决策完全由医院主治医生负责；

2. 所有医疗、住宿、机票费用全部申请人自行承担，本计划不提供医疗费用减免；

3. 申请人同意服务结束后，授权我方的服务案例用于品牌宣传（姓名、肖像等隐私信息会做遮蔽处理，可拒绝肖像使用）。

3. 病例筛选：暂不接收极高危重症病例，拥有基础跨境医疗保险优先。

   
   

Service Scope Provided by Us

1. Pre-arrival CoordinationMedical record translation & collation; coordination with hospital departments and specialist appointments. No guaranteed priority booking; appointments strictly follow the hospital’s official scheduling.

2. On the day of consultation / admissionFull in-hospital escort; chauffeured car service is only for round-trip medical visits, excluding leisure travel.

3. During hospitalizationMorning & evening follow-up visits; assistance for three-way communication between patient, doctor and our team; full-day escort on the day of surgery.

4. Post-discharge SupportMedical record sorting; assistance with insurance document preparation. We only provide paperwork support and do not guarantee successful insurance claims. Local cultural tourism recommendations are offered for reference only.

Mandatory Application Rules

1. Quotas are released in batches, with a monthly cap of 1–3 applicants, reviewed strictly in application order. Expedited service requests will not be accepted.

2. All applicants must sign the Service Informed Consent Agreement, with the following clauses:

• This program only provides non-medical concierge coordination services. We do not offer medical diagnosis or clinical advice. All medical decisions rest solely with the attending hospital physician.

• All medical fees, accommodation and airfare shall be borne entirely by the applicant. No medical cost discounts are available under this program.

• The applicant authorizes us to use this service case for brand promotion after service completion. All personal privacy (name, portrait) will be redacted; you may opt out of portrait usage.

1. Case Screening Criteria: High-risk critical cases are temporarily not accepted. Applicants with valid cross-border medical insurance will be prioritized.
