2. 对接合作医院对应科室，医生给出书面的远程参考意见（不是远程问诊开处方，仅参考）：

1. 该病症在重庆可选择哪些诊疗路径；

2. 若线下问诊，可采取的治疗方案。

3. 预估大致诊疗费用区间；

4. 判断是否值得跨境来华就医，或者建议在本地治疗。

3. 输出一份简易《来华就医可行性建议书》。
